All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, when its a ready-to-ship item. If its made to order, it may take up 1-2 weeks. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All Faridae pieces are handmade one-offs, created by me alone, and for that reason all sales are final. Feel free to reach out with any questions before you order. Please track your package and pick it up from the parcel shop in time. If it's returned due to a missed pickup and lost in transit, that cost is at the customer's expense
