Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2 working days.
Made-to-order pieces are shipped within 3–5 working days.

Most designs are available in very limited quantities. Typically, we carry 1–2 pieces ready to ship and can offer 2–3 pieces more, made to order. This is due to the limited availability of flowers and unique materials, and our commitment to working sustainably. By producing in small batches, we avoid overproduction and preserve the value of each design as a limited edition piece.

All orders are shipped with track & trace. Based on our experience, delivery usually takes:

  • Within Europe: under 3 working days

  • Outside Europe: under 5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Custom Requests & Bridal

We do not accept fully custom-made requests at this time. Small adjustments to existing designs may be considered.

Bridal commissions are accepted on an exceptional basis.

Bridal pieces start from €850. We offer the possibility to transform your wedding bouquet after the event into a refined jewelry set, preserving your special day in a lasting wearable form.

Pieces can also be developed together ahead of the wedding, allowing you to wear real flowers as you walk down the aisle. A dedicated bridesmaids collection can also be created, designed to hold meaning beyond the occasion.

Please allow approximately 4 weeks for completion.

Make sure to provide the correct shipping address, email, and phone number when placing your order. This ensures your package can be delivered smoothly and that the courier can contact you if needed. We cannot take responsibility for lost shipments due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Returns

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Each item is carefully made by hand, often created to order. Our jewelry is designed to be chosen consciously and to find its permanent owner.

As a small independent studio, lost return shipments have had a significant impact in the past. Because each piece is one of a kind and made with great care, we are unable to take on that risk.
